Delegates should make their hotel reservation in advance on the Conference registration form. TAVI Congress Bureau will take care of the hotel reservation for the delegates. To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is required to be paid in advance together with the registration fee. The deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and it will be deducted from your final hotel bill when checking out. If you must cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy. All prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT.
